P.S. their creamed lemon ginger honey is like a warm hug added to my cup of tea, and my partner will not let us run out of the creamed cinnamon honey he puts on his toast :-)

The Gibsons are very knowledgeable and friendly. Each and every time we have visited their store they took the time to explain their products, production, and the benefits of honey. We have come to appreciate not only their honey, but also their integrity, as they stand behind their products.
