Honey Frosting

Ingredients:

4 egg whites

Dash of salt

1 cup Gibson's Pure Honey

Directions:

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Pour honey in fine stream over egg whites continuing to beat. Beat 10 to 15 minutes, longer for stiff peaks. Grated orange or lemon peels may be added to frosting or beat in teaspoon of lemon juice with honey. Make 4 cups.
