So Healthy! So Easy! So Yummy!
Ingredients:
1 cup Oatmeal
1/3 cup Gibson's Pure Honey
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 TBsp ground chia seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all set in fridge for about an 1/2 an hour. Roll in small balls about 1'' in size. Store in air tight container in fridge.
