Fresh nectar collected form the basswood tree blossoms is from a small white flower that give the honey a well know flavour. Has a bit of tart flavour but still nice sweet flavour . Takes longer to turn into crystal form. This is a liquid light golden honey. Unpasteuized raw honey that has been lightly filtered to keep the quality and flavour of real honey.
