This is the best part of honey! (our opinion) Our family fights over it. We don't get very much! Sold in small quantity! Its definitely raw with all the goodness! bits of beeswax , propolis, pollen and may find other nature bits. Tastes like no other.
When pumping honey from barrel to vat. We are able to collect the foam from the top of the honey tank.
